It’s conveniently located, although the surrounding area felt sketchy with some unsavory characters nearby. I loved the friendliness of a few staff members, yet others seemed indifferent. The blinds in my room were broken, letting in too much light, which was disappointing. Despite these hiccups, the clean bedding provided comfort for a single night’s rest. Would I return? I’m uncertain, as this place has potential but also needs improvements.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was attentive and responsive. I felt secure leaving my belongings, thanks to the front desk’s assurance. the hotel has issues with guest behavior. It needs to enforce stricter policies to ensure a better environment. On the downside, I experienced frustrating maintenance problems. Broken blinds and a clogged sink shouldn’t go unaddressed. A delayed check-in caused unnecessary charges, adding to the disappointment with customer service. A consistent effort to address feedback could elevate this place. For now, the positives are overshadowed by the negatives. This hotel is not a sure bet, and it needs serious improvements to earn loyalty.

First off, let's talk about the room amenities. The ironing facilities were great - super handy for keeping my clothes looking sharp during my trip. The heating in the room worked well, but the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. It didn't cool the room as effectively as I would have liked, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep. I did appreciate having tea and coffee facilities in the room, but it would have been even better if they provided more coffee cups and supplies. The free toiletries were a nice touch, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were some issues with the cleanliness that definitely need attention. the flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some evening relaxation. The housekeeping service was a bit rushed, and the room could have been cleaner overall. The floor was carpeted, which I prefer over parquet floors, but there were some spider webs in the corners that made me a bit uneasy. As for the staff, they were a bit aloof when I checked in, which was a bit off-putting. The front desk could have been more welcoming and accommodating. I did have to request a different room due to a strange smell, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate that request. In terms of location, the property was well-lit and felt safe, but the noise from the nearby parking lot was quite disruptive. It was a bit unexpected to have a strip club nearby as well, which affected the overall ambiance of the area. So, all in all, my stay at Red Roof had its ups and downs. There were some positives like the comfortable bed and convenient ironing facilities, but there were also areas that definitely need improvement, such as cleanliness and staff friendliness. I hope my feedback helps others considering a stay at this location.

The breakfast offers a nice variety, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits. The location is super convenient with plenty of nearby places to explore.

The vending machines saved me during midnight snack cravings! The free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for my kids glued to their devices. Fort Bliss was conveniently close for a quick escape.
I thought I signed up for a hotel, not a wildlife adventure with the cockroaches! .

I couldn't believe how sketchy the place felt. We saw weirdos hanging around, doors cracked open, and it just gave off a bad vibe. It was uncomfortable to even think about staying there overnight! Definitely not cool.

With easy access to a variety of nearby parks like Blackie Chesher Park just over 2 kilometers away and Marty Robbins Park less than 3 kilometers from my room plus a bunch of delicious eateries including Cattleman's Steakhouse and Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen within a short drive, I found it incredibly convenient for my desire to stroll around the city and discover local spots while enjoying my weekend getaway and the staff was friendly and efficient making my stay smooth yet it's a straightforward place with no frills that could benefit from some updated decor.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near the El Paso Mission Trail, but was pleasantly surprised by the easy access to shopping malls, the Tinsel Town movie complex, and a variety of restaurants within a half mile. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, including the delicious Rudy’s BBQ. Plus, the property was well-maintained, clean, and provided a great value for the price. I appreciated the no-frills simplicity that offered exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay.
Some minor cleanliness issues were noted, such as seeing a cleaning glove left in the room and a small insect in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit in my room wasn't functioning, but thankfully the room temperature was still comfortable.

i called to confirm reservation and had a great experience with the corporate office customer service associate. the front office night manager, andy, was very friendly and had us checked in quickly, which was exactly what we needed after a long drive. the room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. it was also a plus that the hotel is 100% smoke free.

The staff at this hotel provided exceptional service during our quick business trip as a family with 2 small kids. The comfortable beds and cool rooms ensured a restful sleep, and the refrigerator with drink rack was a convenient addition. The presence of lights and cameras in the parking lot made us feel safe about our car and belongings. The location was central to everything we needed in a warehouse district, and we appreciated the close proximity to various amenities.
